If you’re interested in a role, just apply.
DMing the hiring manager without applying first is mostly noise.
You’ll still be evaluated on:
→ the actual application
→ how well you followed instructions
→ how strong your profile is
A DM might help after you apply.
And even then, it moves the needle ~1–2% at best.
Curiosity helps.
But execution matters more.
Apply first.
Always.
