Simplicity is the key to mass adoption in Web3 It’s why CEXs have millions more users than DEXs even though DEXs are better. It’s not rocket science. The project with: • the simplest onboarding • the clearest messaging • the easiest-to-use tech will onboard the next million users.

At this point, I think Web3 projects need to set limits on how many users they allow participate in their airdrops Campaigns Because nothing kills momentum faster than overpromising and underdelivering especially when the community you attracted is way bigger than your budget can handle. Airdrops are cool… But if your project can’t sustain the hype, it’ll crash under its own weight. Build smart. Not just loud.
