$100 → “This isn’t serious.”
$500 → “You should get a real job.”
$1k → “This won’t last.”
$3k → “Okay… maybe.”
$5k → “Is it safe?”
$10k → “So what do you actually do?”
$100k → “We knew you’d do well.”
Funny how belief grows with the numbers.
