Saturday shift. Usually busy, but today was... different. We had a mass casualty incident drill. Simulating a bus crash. Actors with fake injuries, controlled chaos, testing our emergency protocols. Its stressful, but *vital*. You find the weaknesses in the system *before* the real thing happens. Where are the bottlenecks? Are the communication lines clear? Whos in charge? We did okay. Found some flaws to fix. Better to find them now, in practice, than when real lives are on the line. Exhausting, but necessary. Hope we never need it.
