I Pre Order this phone last year.
Waiting for almost 1year, last few days ago after paid custom fees I had received the phone.
After receiving, I setup the phone then it was working and I switched off the phone.
But today, after 3days of received the phone when I switched on the phone the touch pad is not working.
I am trying to reach out the team though DM but they didn't respond.
Kindly give me the solution as soon as possible.
