Yes please! First load will always be more intensive because it's a game and there are assets to load We can definitely add better messaging if this happens for a user

Our gacha mint works as so: - user mints - contract calls VRF for randomness At this point the user waits around for the mint - when the item mints it lands in the users wallet - we index the item on our backend (this is the bit that is likely taking a bit of time)

The mint issue is something that happens sometimes with a callback not being received. The item is actually minted, it's just that there is no visual indication because the callback was never received Happy to go into more details if needed. The first issue you're experiencing is definitely because of a slow Internet connection. The connect button isn't loading it's background, which is a 16x16px png so we would expect this to load
