Eh it happens. I was smacked in the same spot with my Dads 30-30 when I was about 14. Guy at the range kept moving closer and closer and I was paying too much attention to him than my target. It’s a mark of distraction when you’re young, and a mark of distinction as we age. Nothing wrong with that. I bet you still hit the target dead on though.

Sorry for not networking like I should. I appreciate any and all help and guidance that I’ve gotten. It is unfortunate but my family has suffered a terrible loss, but the displacement that we endure during these holidays. There was a fire at my apartment complex. Unfortunately, it took the life of my friends, mother. The negligence of the complex is what exacerbated this. The fire extinguisher on the second floor where the fire began, was empty. The smoke detectors in half of the building did not have batteries. We are suffering retaliation for raising habitability complaints for 18 months straight before this fire happened. We have lost everything except our lives. Yet one person still paid that ultimate price. I like to thank my guests that visited that night, for their courageous actions that saved lives.
