Unpopular opinion, but in life, in order to have anything you want, you have to develop mental toughness. You can't live life in victim mode, seeing yourself as small & weak, just letting things happen to you. You can't be swayed, moved & bothered by everything you see or hear.

Sometimes, someone's words affect us so much that we become silent and think "are we really that bad" but that doesn't mean we're BAD, maybe we’re so good, it rattles their insecurities and they just need to bring us down to their level. GM frens🦄
