Unfortunately nothing effective as long as traders can list NFT on multiple markets, platforms will engage in pricing war to attract volume, even sacrificing artist royalty.
In this sense, OpenSea’s action to block trading on Blur makes sense. However that is too against blockchain ethos so you see the result.
