So I've got many people in my DMs lately asking same question: "Is Farcaster really important while using @baseapp?" There's no straightforward yes/no reply but here's my observation: Farcaster is your community. Baseapp is your revenue platform. Someone not on farcaster can't engage with you. They can only like, or recast your posts but if they send replies to you it won't be visible. Again, it's easier to make posts on Farcaster because it has X level speed. For some people, making posts on @baseapp can take between 3–5 minutes, so the most convenient way is using your Farcaster for posts since they'd still reflect on your baseapp (because you're connected to Farcaster). About Baseapp being the revenue platform: Baseapp let's you coin posts which others can buy. The more buys, the more revenue you receive as the creator. Additionally, top 3k creators are selected weekly for rewards. How can I check my weekly rewards/ if I'm eligible for rewards? I'll talk about this in my next post.
