I worked as a designer on a rising project. The dev ran out of funds. Work stopped, and some of us weren’t paid. People panicked, demanded answers. One even threatened to drag the project on X. But the project manager stayed calm. He defended the dev and the project, while listening to the team. That’s what makes a good project manager. Honest. Protective.
