Anybody here aware of research on hand written glyphs to be parsed by computer vision? I'm not looking for neural nets interpreting written text. More like qr codes or apriltags written by hand, but designed to be easy for humans to write

Fair enough. I've made a similar pledge to never buy books written by journalists again haha. I do think there is value in them in this book, but in most cases they don't really do it for me
