Hey gang, deep dive on Base's overflow protection. Tldr: when multiple DAOs try to vote at once, their transactions get reorg'd. Creating a hybrid sequencer that splits processing between rollup and L2 helps - ~60% less congestion. Still needs work tho. 💡 What's your experience?
