It would be a terrible thing if we were still unable to find other life in the universe.
This suggests that the birth of life on Earth was not so simple, and that the universe as we know it was most likely created by other higher beings. We are nothing but an experiment, and our universe is nothing but a laboratory.
Long ago, because humans were unable to figure out how life came into being, they left it all to God. But with the progress of science, we still can't figure out how life is born. It's impossible to contemplate. It's a terrible thing for a human being.
It has been suggested that the moon may be a probe for extraterrestrial life because we can see the whole earth from the moon. From Earth, we can only see one side of the moon. On the far side of the moon, there are many craters, which could be specially created by alien life to protect the Earth.
Humans will never be able to explore the universe, or perhaps get out of the solar system at all.
