it is expected that the digital yuan will further expand the pilot scope in Hong Kong. Mr Lee said that more Hong Kong citizens will be able to easily open and use e-RMB wallets, and top up their e-RMB wallets through FPS, so as to facilitate the payment needs of Hong Kong residents living or spending in the Mainland.
