In 30 Minutes, also lasting 24 hours, Phase 2 ditches the whitelist and transfer restrictions. There is no longer a % cap a wallet can hold. New users can purchase a Based Fella to join the token community.
To engage in buying or selling, you must hold one Based Fella!
After 24 hours, all restrictions are off!
