My idea: Education is paramount in creating sustainable core values. Currently, many people are focused on speculative goals without fully understanding the project’s operational model. 1. $PRO funds campaign expenses (content creation, event sponsorships) and rewards contributors (educators, content creators). Users completing educational modules could earn $PRO airdrops. 2. Launch a multilingual content hub (videos, blogs, AMAs) and host virtual or in-person events.

As my experiences : - Grow the Community Be active on social media, create educational content, run giveaways, and engage with other communities. - Create Real Utility Let the token be used for access, governance, minting, rewards, or as in-game currency. - Build a Mini Ecosystem Develop small apps, tools, or NFTs that use the token at the center. - List on Platforms Add the token to DEX tools (DexScreener, GeckoTerminal), and aim for CoinGecko or CMC listings. - Smart Tokenomics Ensure fair distribution, lock team tokens, and use vesting schedules. - Strategic Partnerships Collaborate with other Web3 projects and engage Farcaster channels (e.g. @memes, @degen, @frame). - Keep Iterating Release updates, improve based on feedback, and stay flexible with your roadmap. That's what $BONK and $DEGEN did.

I think starting by crowdsourcing collective shared goals is a great start. I think if community intent is the desire, then some gamification around intent signaling is a must. Combo that with Reputation-based weighted participation being calculated in governance decisions. Use the signaling to find civic missions for Pro subscribers and fulfill them. Curate lists based on Pro subscription, Builders, Aligned projects, verified contributions, etc. Stake-to-vote would be an interesting take as well.

Create a grant fund paid in $Pro to incentivise developers building usefull and engaging mini apps. Yesterday I saw post from a developer, mini apps cost was arround 2200$ per month and this can kill innovation.

@corbin.eth imo a $PRO holder, gives u benefits like voting on protocol upgrades or something. Maybe also $PRO can be used for future incentives dunno. And holding $PRO should make u eligable for like airdrops and stuff. Basicly supporting the whole platform in general. But that is just my idea haha 😄
