My cheap PC dreams were crushed today when the company called me this morning and cancelled my order saying they "had none of the parts in stock and couldn't order new ones from the manufacturer" >< ::sad horn:: so....now i contemplate making the 10hr round trip drive to put a PC together from parts, with less capabilities... or spend an extra $400 to buy roughly the same spec PC from a different manufacturer. It's crazy out here these days! I will say...the company I had ordered from said they would sell me the PC for the price I paid when and if they were able to get the parts in....but its a "when and if" which means.....there is no estimate for how long that might be from now....if its a few weeks, i don't care and will patiently wait... if its a few months, i do care >< such is life, aya!
