If I ran Talent Passport for a day, I'd focus on three things:
1. Streamline onboarding so new users see value fast,
2. Boost rewards with levels/perks for active users to keep them motivated, and
3. Add a community feedback loop so users can see how their input shapes the platform. Let's keep building!
