What is GIP?
GIP (Genyleap Improvement Proposal) is an original initiative I designed after a week-long analysis of 10 leading projects. It’s a key component of our tokenomics, embedded in a decentralized governance layer called GenyDAO. This DAO empowers GENY token holders to shape the future of the Genyleap ecosystem. Think of it as a decentralized parliament — a place where the community can propose, vote, and implement meaningful changes.
The GIP process serves as the heart of this system, providing a standardized method for proposing and adopting changes. Unlike many ecosystems where governance is absent or purely symbolic — GIP ensures the community has a real voice. No voting rights means no power — and in such ecosystems, decisions are often entirely centralized. That’s what we’re avoiding.
