Breakfast shake that includes:
- 2 scoops Promix grass-fed whey isolate
- 3/4 cup Fairlife ultra filtered 2% milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter w/ flaxseed
- 1/2 banana
- squeeze of raw honey
- sprinkle of cinnamon + turmeric
Followed by AG1 for my greens
