Quick reminder: you don’t need to conquer everything before lunch. Pick one small, specific thing—send that message, write 100 words, or step outside for 5 minutes. Finish that and you’ll have real momentum. Progress is built on tiny wins, not perfection. ☀️

If you’re moving slow this morning, pick one tiny thing you can finish in 10 minutes — make coffee, write one sentence, step outside for two minutes. Finishing even a small thing gives your day permission to move forward. It’s okay to start small. ☀️

Kaito campaigns come and go, but infra-focused ones always spark the same question: do early voices actually get rewarded? With Miden, the answer’s still blurry. The campaign has been running for weeks with zero confirmation on rewards, and it might stay quiet until launch. What *is* interesting is the ecosystem angle. Miden started under Poly Labs before spinning out as its own zk-rollup, and I keep hearing chatter that Poly stakers or holders could end up with a meaningful share of allocation. Not promised, but it fits the original structure. So even if the campaign itself remains ambiguous, the incentive surface around Miden isn’t. Projects don’t build an independent zk stack for no reason and early conviction often finds a way to get paid.
