We've published the draft of PSP-1 - Capability Model & Grammar. PSP-1 defines how capabilities are expressed and verified in Polykey: a checks-only, monotone program (Grants/Presentations) evaluated by CEPs, deterministic canonicalization, and strict delegation via syntactic attenuation. We're entering a public review period before we lock a prototype. If you care about portable authorization and verifiable receipts, we’d value your critique, especially on time boundaries, comparator pinning, and program canonical form.
