PSP-1 defines how capabilities are expressed and verified in Polykey: a checks-only, monotone program (Grants/Presentations) evaluated by CEPs, deterministic canonicalization, and strict delegation via syntactic attenuation. Investors are willing to trade yield for liquidity. Less liquidity requires higher yields. Tokenisation can enable liquidity for things that aren't usually liquid.
