I think:
- prediction markets are bad for crypto
- coins tied to people & clout are stupid
in my humble opinion, gambling & ‘celebrity coins’ gives a horrible rap for crypto to people who don’t care about celebrities.
Most people only give value to those who help them in a tangible way - the local relationships and friend groups - The people we connect with conversationally
it’s mind boggling to me we have yet to figure out a form of internet social where the decentralized, localized form of human connection is valued most.
