You've been avoiding looking at your money, and it feels like an anxious swirling in your tummy, consuming precious brain space knowing it's another thing you SHOULD do. You get stressed just thinking about sitting down and sorting through your bank accounts. "Gosh, how much money have I been wasting?" "Have I been double paying for subscriptions?" It's because you are so busy, and worried what you are going to find. But the longer you avoid it, the bigger the struggle to get started. Then... you finally sit down, open your banking app and actually look at your numbers. And you realise it's much easier once you've ripped the bandaid off! So much of money work isn't actually about the numbers, it's about the story in your head about the numbers. When in reality? The mental load of avoidance has been lingering over you! If you've been putting off looking at your money... this is your sign. The mountain feels smaller on the other side
