According to Wu, Bitcoin mining giant MARA announced the launch of a new round of ATM equity issuance plan of up to US$2 billion, cooperating with multiple investment banks such as Barclays, BMO Capital Markets, and BTIG. The agent commission rate is up to 3% of the total revenue. MARA signed an agreement on March 28 to terminate the previous ATM plan in October 2023 and February 2024.
