Authorities of another US state revoked the license of Binance US.
The Commissioner found that BAM Trading Services Inc. did not comply with North Dakota laws. In addition, the majority beneficial owner and controlling person, Changpeng Zhao, pleaded guilty to a felony for violating U.S. anti-money laundering laws, the state financial regulator said in a statement.
