harder lock in of capital as a culture. Too much short term liquidity of private startups make long term profitability irrelevant. We saw this with ICOs in the first hype cycle.
I don’t know how you’d enforce, feels like a free market thing in general. You could potential have lock in covenants in your term sheet.
