Particle Network launches the second phase of the testnet
Two new functions have been added to abstract the Particle Network chain:
1. Universal Liquidity: Combines your balances in different chains and allows you to interact with decentralized applications in any chain.
2. Universal Gas: allows you to pay transaction fees with any token, automatically using the most cost-effective route.
