I came to Farcaster in March 2024, after a friend told me about it. At that time everything felt so strange and new. I saw people greeting each other every single day, saying gm and gn, and sending tips to each other with $DEGEN. It was such a warm and funny culture. Then I received my first $DEGEN tips. I was so happy, even though it was not a big amount. After that I decided to buy 10k $DEGEN and hold it in my wallet so I could have allocation and tip my friends too. Every day at 3pm Vietnam time, we waited for the allocation reset. It felt like a small festival each day. We sent love to each other through tips, laughing and joking. That time was really beautiful, everyone was excited and full of energy. We went through many $DEGEN airdrop seasons together. The price went up and down, allocation reduced, price drop again and again...But one thing for sure, I locked my 10k $DEGEN in the Vault the whole time. Many people came to Farcaster only because of DEGEN, and many left because of it too. Some farmed the system really hard. There were even people with dozens, even hundreds of Farcaster accounts just to tip each other. It was kinda bad...And now I dont even think about it much anymore. And now, as you can see, Farcaster feels so quiet after the $DEGEN airdrop is over. The price keeps falling with no clear bottom. If I had one simple wish, I just want to meet my old friends on Farcaster again. To talk about DEGEN every day, to say gm and gn again, to send each other love like before. DEGEN will never die in my heart. The beautiful images of that purple hat will always stay with me, forever. Hat Stay On 💜
