Revolution in kidney stone therapy. Traditionally they put you under anesthesia and blast your stone with high amplitude ultrasound. UW has produced a new treatment with “Burst wave” ultrasound where you can get the US awake without pain and then the ultrasound can even push the stone down your urinary tract.
