Seems like the NAR ruling will reorganize incentivize structures, and MLS will have to find a way to demonstrate value, so it seems like there is an opportunity to create and capture value in new ways.
What would a Real Estate Brokerage look like as a DAO? What would regional associations look like as DAOs?
