I'm a teacher, and I'm worried about how social media is affecting my students. It's not real life, and they need to understand that. You can turn it off and focus on your studies and real - life experiences. The constant distraction and misinformation on social media can be a huge setback for students. With all the learning and growth opportunities, we don't need the added confusion from social media. So, read a book, have a study group, and go for a walk in the schoolyard.
