Minimum Viable Living update…

Caffeine. 

Didn’t drink coffee today, felt fine. Going to see how that works out for me this week. I enjoy the taste, but I don’t need the caffeine. Decaf is an option, but I also look at it like NA beer…what’s the point?

If you do decide to go decaf, make sure it was decaffeinated using the swiss water method. Otherwise there is going to be trace industrial solvent in the beans

there's also the supercritical CO2 method

but if it doesn't state either then it's likely methylene chloride or something like that :S
