Suuuper inspired by @afrochicks… I did a 20min row today; I can’t remember the last time I did 20 min of cardio.
I have quite a bit of experience rowing. I thought I could maintain a 2:05 split time; I was at 2:04.9 with 90 seconds left and then I went as hard as I could for the remainder.
I could hit 5k if I lower the split to 2:04 and start to sprint at 2min!
