Do you miss a more thoughtful, social-first Farcaster? A place with a curated feed of the best writing and ideas, where you can slow down, go deeper, and stay closely connected to the people you actually care about? I'm building Sopha for wisdom and comfort. A place for deep social, deep thoughts, deep connections. A place for nerding out, for thinking about society, about how to live well, a place for art and beauty and science and philosophy. A place for people who want to visit the coffee shop or the bookstore rather than the casino. I'm not designing it to be your main client - though I'm sure for some people it will be - I'm designing it to be a place to slow down a little to go deeper and be more intentional. I've been talking about it for a few weeks now, and it's almost time to start opening up. Follow @sopha for updates and access to the web app tomorrow. In the meantime install the mini-app sopha.social š¦šļø

Who likes Shakespeare? I went to see Sadie Sink in Romeo & Juliet on the West End this afternoon (with my daughter who refused to be pictured, but loved it). Sink was strong (got better as it went on imo) Decent production and a good job of making it understandable and relatable. Part family trip, part R&D for something I'm cooking. Always useful seeing the show, they had some sliding doors moments (playing a fragment of how it might have gone differently) which was interesting for what I'm thinking about. And accessible and broadly modernised always helpful. What's your take on Billy Shakespeare?
