After five years, two rounds of IVF, many prayers and tears, Alexander Jack joined our family. He’s still in the NICU with respiratory issues, but he is more beautiful than I ever imagined. ⚡️

After a two week deluxe spa at the NICU, Alexander Jack is finally home. His mom was readmitted to hospital with what we later learned was postpartum preeclampsia. After a scary 48 hour period where we both feared the worst, the magnesium and other treatment got her BP down and no clots or stroke. After watching my wife go through the some of the worst pain I’ve witnessed , she looked at me and said she’d do it all over again for Alex. This has been such a long journey and it’s only beginning, but he will be our only child for sure. Appreciate all the thoughts, prayers, and well wishes.
