Here are three reasons why I’ve turned bullish again — and why I expect the market to continue its upward move. 1️⃣ Shutdown over. The Senate has gathered enough Democratic votes to end the shutdown — the U.S. government is back to work, easing the risk of a fiscal crisis. 2️⃣ Trump and the “dividends.” His promise to pay $2,000 to everyone (except the wealthy) amplifies fiscal populism and puts more pressure on the budget — liquidity is once again becoming a political tool. 3️⃣ The Fed prepares to pivot. Powell said that quantitative tightening is nearing its end — liquidity is returning to the system. Markets see this as a sign of a new growth cycle ahead: the “printing press” is warming up, and a bull market might begin sooner than expected. It's all just beginning.
