In my part of the world, Sundays are for resting and reflecting. And while I was reflecting on how the past week has been, my mind flashed to those who don't have time to reflect because they work 24/7 to make ends meet. No rest. No personal time. What a sad life. And on this day, 8th day of baseposting, I'm expressing gratitude. I'm grateful for the little things of life like mindfulness and rest.
