3/ OtoCo’s protocol legally engineered an onchain UNA that automatically coverts into a DUNA.

Here’s how it works:

1️⃣DAOs with 2+ members sign to create an UNA.

2️⃣OtoCo tracks the DAO's governance token.

3️⃣Once > 100 members, the UNA automatically converts into a DUNA.

2/ Why it’s needed:
DUNAs offer the only U.S. legal structure that combines DAO recognition, member protection, and decentralized governance.
