The stance Chair Gensler is taking has been quite hostile. Listening to his lectures on Blockchain from MIT, I wonder if that is only to get his approval ratings sufficiently high to be in that position of power. I can hardly imagine someone teaching the subject for years become such a formidable opponent once elected.
