Never tried walking a race, but hiking is typically 2-3mph. On flat ground you could probably maintain 3-4. By that math you're looking at like 3h15m - 4h20m or so. Just a guess, YMMV.

Totally agree, but the problem IMO is that a scale is ubiquitous and easy to use. Have you found anything that works as easily for estimating body fat? Most of the scales w/ sensors built in vary widely. Skin flap calipers are tricky to use consistently as well. Other suggestions?
