Today SpaceX officially debuted on the Nasdaq today under the ticker SPCX, marking the largest initial public offering (IPO) in history. The company priced 555.6 million shares at $135 each, raising a record $75 billion and achieving an implied valuation of approximately $1.77 trillion, surpassing the previous record held by Saudi Aramco’s 2019 IPO.
