Trump Media & Technology Group has completed the placement of shares and bonds totaling $2.44 billion among 50 institutional investors.
The company sold 55.8 million shares at $25.72 and issued $1 billion in convertible bonds. Net receipts close to $2.32 billion.
The funds will be used to create a BTC reserve
