To avoid disrupting the smooth launch of the Pectra upgrade, ETHPanOps launched the Hoodi testnet. Essentially, the Hoodi testnet fulfills the same responsibilities as the Holešky testnet: verifying the proper execution of protocol layers like PoS. However, the Hoodi testnet is designed to be more transparent.
