There are certain things you can't change untill you're angry.
But anger alone will burn you out before the breakthrough; and so you need to learn to spread the fire.
You need to learn to control your anger.
You'll never win a fight against a trained fighter by just being angry.
No matter how angry you are you'd always loose against somebody who actually knows how to fight.
So you need to learn how to fight!
You need to learn the strategy of fighting for your goals;

Because for most persons you're just to intense in one moment and in the next moment you're gone, none existent.
That can't be you

It's an everyday thing
And you need to learn to spread it out
So many persons know how to light a fire but don't know how to stay lit.
