A nice diagram from Dan Buettner’s "Secrets of the Blue Zones" docuseries. Main lifestyle elements that contribute to longevity. Someone has accused it of being vegan propaganda.. I found it really interesting tbh! (not sure if scientific studies on the health benefits of wine exist though :D)
