Depends. Assuming the land registry is NOT on-chain, then you will probably have to have land held by SPV. And for the SPV, it will depend on what country you are in. Is land ownership real ownership or leasehold? Is foreign ownership possible? Each LatAm jurisdiction is different.

Kinda is the key. Spent about a year looking at the potential intersection of batteries, blockchain and smart contracts. I could never get the economics to work, even focusing in on CA. Looked at Germany too, but the spread between peak and off peak rates has to be large and over hours not minutes.
