My hot-take from today's scoutgame.xyz newsletter. -- Claude Code and Cursor are turning devs into one-person armies—and project maintainers into collateral damage. Scout Game keeps it classy, but elsewhere, AI-generated pull requests are flooding repos like spam in a comment section. Too many of these PRs don’t fix the issue, break the style guide, or straight-up don’t compile. Some devs mean well. Others? Just chasing token airdrops like it’s scratch-off season. TL;DR: Use AI, but don’t be that person. Learn the repo, read the guide, test your code. Automation’s cool. Etiquette’s still manual.
