yesterday we had 30 adults and 6 children in our small 2 br / 1 ba house. We did the premier of my new animated film with a quartet playing the score live. It was a hit. Some people cried. Some laughed. I just feel so fortunate to have married someone that is driven to do things like this with me even though it is highly inconvenient. So grateful to know these amazing musicians.

it will be a few months at least because we need to get it recorded professionally and then i will likely get lost in some finer details getting it buttoned up. but i will definitely share the hell out of it and also send it off to little film and animation fests all over the world.
